Revolving Energy Fund

Noam has collaborated with Hunter JO and CNSWJO to form a Revolving Energy Fund (REF) Action Group and create an REF tool kit.

A Revolving Energy Fund (REF) is a self-sustaining funding mechanism, which is used to help fund future energy and cost saving initiatives.

Member council, Port Macquarie-Hastings is in the process of setting up an REF with support from the JONZA officer, the REF Action Group and the ‘Design a REF’ Tool Kit.
