Meeting with Ministers

Advocating and representing for the Mid North Coast Region is a guiding principle for the MNCJO. Recently the Board met Ministers in NSW Parliament House to lobby collectively for the region.

The MNCJO May Board meeting was held in NSW Parliament House, allowing for the Board to meet concurrently with Ministers. Productive meetings were held with:

  • Minister Janelle Saffin - Minister North Coast, Minister Recovery and Minister Small Business
  • Minister Jenny Aitchison - Minister Regional Roads and Transport
  • Minister Ron Hoenig - Minister Local Government

The Board also met with local Members of Parliment Rob Dwyer (Port Macquarie) and Michael Kemp (Oxley).
